::Just There::
—As a cloud forms in the sky
I feel the energy of nature
A brewing storm
Coffee eminates an aroma
From my residence
—The winds intensify
To carry it where it may go
Becoming nothing more
Than a forgotten breakfast
Most never look back on
—Briefly chilling patches cold
And shudder at the mere memory
Only remembered by the landmark
Of a storm due this day
—Leaving periodic warmth
Where silent chaos turns to dull green
Busy souls oblivious
Of nature's awakening screams
That soon attentions will turn to
—Stillness lingers in it awhile
As some look up at a sudden sound
Sheltering not until they are sure
Or 'til it walks through their threshold
